Joey Leone was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and migrated north to the hills of Vermont over 20 years ago.  During this time Joey has created a name and reputation in the music industry that is based on his insane work ethic and guitar mastery. In a typical year Joey plays in front of over three quarters of a million people making him one of the most listened to and viewed entertainers in New England. Joey has shared the stage with great musicians like, Joe Perry, John Popper, Chaka Khan, Wilson Pickett, Ronnie Wood, and Bruce Willis, as well as blues legends Otis Rush, Albert Collins, Junior Wells, Etta James, Buddy Miles, and Lonnie Brooks.  During his career Joey has performed in 22 countries and 39 states .


Joey’s reputation in the guitar world is legendary as a designer, product reviewer, and knower of all things guitar.. Joey has also published over 150 columns relating to music and well as guitar. Joey’s ten year relationship with Eastwood Guitars has given birth to three Joey Leone Signature Models. These and two other designs have sold worldwide and been featured in Guitar Player, Vintage Guitar, and Guitar World Magazines.

Joey has accumulated over one million YouTube views and Joey’s name is currently the Top 5 in Google Searches for “Joey L” and the 1st most searched “Joey Le” on Google as well as Top 5 on Yahoo Search. Joey also endorses Marshall and Vox Amplifiers, as well as Korg Electronics, Dan Armstrong effects, and Curt Mangan strings.

Joey lives with his family outside of Woodstock Vermont, and is an avid sportsman and collector.
